Boxing Day Meet, Odiham RG29

Parking is at Stapeley Farm, Long Lane, Odiham RG29 1JE. This may change so please check back on the website on the day for parking updates. We will hack as a group to the meet so you must be mounted by 1100hrs.

Meet: the Meet will be held at the Bel & The Dragon pub, 100 High Street, Odiham, RG29 1LP.

Foot followers can park on the high street and walk to the pub. DO NOT attempt to park at the pub. Please park at ///gazes.unfilled.scramble and walk round the corner.

We must not block the high street at any point. Foot followers must park respectfully to local residents. This is a pub meet with members of the public present so please be considerate to residents of Odiham at all times.

As a hunting tradition, we will be asking all riders to make a £5 minimum contribution to the Hunt Staff Christmas Collection. This collection is a 'thank you' to our Huntsman Gary and his family for all the hard work they are putting in and also for working on Boxing Day so that we can all have fun. Your minimum donation will be included on your Cap.

There will also be a collection on the day for foot followers to contribute to - please bring any spare change that you have. We will also have a card reader available for donations if you wish to give extra. Thank you

Dress: full hunt dress, tasteful Christmas 'extras' are permissible, but please no fancy dress.

Please check back on the morning for foot followers instructions. The pub will be open all day so if you wish to stay after we have departed and enjoy the great food and drink at the Bel and Dragon, feel free!
